Sydney is only (already) three months old and loves to be entertained more than usual. When we moved into our new house I was excited to bring out her books and toys. I realized though that most of her toys are stuffed animals or puppets. She enjoys looking at them and being entertained by them, but she can't really "play" with them. She's outgrown her Baby Papasan chair so I need to go Target and buy a bouncy chair.
Any other toys that are age appropriate for a three month old?

Try Freddy the Firefly by lamaze. It has crinkly wings that my daughter loves!She also likes the Fischer Price Ocean Wonders crib toy. Her Baby Einstein floor gym is also a hit. Oh, and links. The kind you use to attach toys to the stroller or baby gym. It's amazing how entertained she is by a 4 inch circle!

My mom sent me my baby book and she listed my favorite toys at different ages. She doesn't have anything listed for three months, but get this. At six months the only thing she has down is: band-aid box (you know the old tin kind). At one year, "shoes" is included as one of my favorites. Very sanitary!

Crinkly things were a big hit with my nephew until about two months ago. Now he prefers glasses and biting fingers.
